Privacy Policy
Play All You Ken ("we") runs playallyouken.ph, a store for authentic anime collectibles in the Philippines. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we protect it, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Your email or mobile number, when you join our drop-alert list.
- How you found us (for example TikTok or Facebook), from the link you used.
- Basic site usage, such as pages viewed and buttons tapped, through Google Analytics for Firebase. This uses cookies and device identifiers and does not include your name.
Why we use it
- To message you about our launch, new drops, preorders and restocks.
- To understand which posts and pages work, so we can improve the store.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We will not use your contact details for anything other than Play All You Ken updates.
Where it's stored
Your information is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud), which uses industry-standard security. Only authorized Play All You Ken staff can access it.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Usage data in Google Analytics is kept for up to 14 months.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, object to its use, and unsubscribe at any time. Reply "STOP" to any message from us, or message Play All You Ken on Facebook, and we will act on your request within 15 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. When the store opens and we start processing orders and payments, we will update this policy before collecting that information.
